Custom cycling jerseys and bib shorts.
Sublimated technical knits, three rear pockets, full-length zips, race and club fit. From 50 pieces per style per colour.
Cycling kit is the most technical thing we cut. A jersey is built around a rider bent forward over the bars, so the front panel is shorter than the back, the sleeves are set forward, and the collar sits low. Cut it like a t-shirt and it rides up within a mile.
Bib shorts are harder again. The straps hold the short in place so the waistband does not dig in, the grippers stop the hem riding, and the panels are shaped so no seam sits where the rider sits.
We build both, and we are clear up front: we do not make the chamois pad. That is a sourced component, and we stitch the short around whichever pad you choose.

What is in a cycling jersey
Technical knits
Light polyester and poly-elastane knits, typically 120–170 GSM, in a mix of structures: a smoother face cloth where the print sits, and a more open mesh through the back and sides.
Rear pockets
Three open pockets across the lower back is the standard, bar-tacked at the openings so they do not tear when loaded. A fourth zipped pocket is optional. Pocket cloth is a firmer knit so it does not sag.
Full-length zips
A full-length zip with a covered garage at the top and reinforced tape at the base. Half and quarter zips cost less, but a full zip is what most riders ask for because it opens on a climb.
Race fit
Cut close through the body and arm, with a longer sleeve and a dropped tail. Sized tight, so this block always gets a fit sample before bulk.
Club fit
More room through the chest and waist, a shorter sleeve and a less extreme drop at the back. Easier to size across a club run where you cannot measure everyone.
Grippers and hems
A silicone-backed elastic gripper at the jersey hem and at the bib leg keeps everything in place. Sleeve ends can be a bonded raw edge or a standard hem.

Bib shorts and the chamois pad
The bib short is a multi-panel garment, cut in six to eight panels depending on the fit and joined with flatlock seams so nothing stands proud against the skin.
The chamois pad is a sourced component. We do not manufacture pads and will not pretend otherwise. Pads come from specialist suppliers who mould the foam and bond the top cover. We buy the pad in and stitch it into the short. Pick a density and shape from what our supplier offers, or nominate a pad supplier of your own and we will build around it.
The pad therefore carries its supplier's specification, not ours. If a rider needs a particular pad for long rides, choose the pad first and let it drive the short.
- Six to eight panel construction with flatlock seams
- Mesh or elastic bib upper, cut for men or women
- Silicone leg grippers or a bonded raw-edge leg
- Chamois pad sourced from specialist suppliers, stitched in by us
How the design goes on
Sublimation, panel by panel
Cycling kit is almost always fully sublimated. Each panel is printed flat before cutting, which is the only way to run a design unbroken across a multi-panel jersey and down onto the shorts. The ink sits in the fibre, so it adds no weight and no stiffness. How sublimation works.
Embroidery for badges
Club badges and small crests can go on as embroidery or a woven patch. Keep it off high-stretch areas and away from anything that touches the saddle, because a stitched patch there will be felt.
Sublimation cannot print white and does not hold on cotton, so a cycling jersey is a polyester jersey. Any white in the design is undyed base cloth.
MOQ and club sizing
50 pieces per style per colour
The jersey is one style. Bib shorts are a second with their own minimum. A gilet or arm warmers are separate again.
Split sizes freely
Inside a colour the size breakdown is yours. There is no minimum per size, so an outlier order of one or two is fine.
Race and club fit together
Different patterns, so different styles. Clubs wanting both usually run 50 of the club fit first and add race fit later. Low MOQ production.
Cycling kit: common questions
No. Pads are a sourced component bought from specialist suppliers. We choose or receive the pad and build the short around it. The pad's specification comes from its maker, not from us.
Club fit for a general club order, because it sizes across more riders and returns less. Race fit only where you can measure riders individually or where the group already knows the sizing.
Yes. Every panel is printed before cutting, so a graphic can carry from the jersey hem onto the bib. Send layered artwork.
No. We hold no federation, race organiser or team licence, approval or sponsorship. If your event has a kit rule, check the artwork against it before you order.
Yes, on the same artwork. Each is a separate style with its own 50 piece minimum per colour.
Samples in 14–22 days and bulk in 32–50 days from approval. Bib shorts sit at the longer end because of the panel count and the pad lead time.
