For US brands: full package from Tirupur, planned around your calendar.
Tech pack to retail-ready packing at our own factory in India, from 50 pieces per colour, with overnight progress while your team sleeps.
US labels come to us for the same reason most overseas clients do: a real factory with a low minimum. We are a full-package manufacturer, so one team handles fabric sourcing, pattern and tech pack, cutting, stitching, decoration, inspection, labelling and packing. You are not managing a fabric supplier, a stitching unit and a printer separately across twelve time zones.
Everything is made in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Inspection is to AQL 2.5 under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, with QC and inspection reports on request. Decoration is in house: DTG, DTF, puff, HD, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, woven labels, garment dye and washes. Screen printing runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team.
We have spent five years building start-up brands and now ship to brands in 25 or more countries, so the remote working pattern is settled: swatches and samples by courier, video reviews at each approval point, and every decision written back against the tech pack.

The distance is an advantage if you plan it
India runs most of its working day while the US is asleep. Handled properly, that buys you a cycle a day instead of costing you one.
Overnight turnaround
Send comments at the end of your day and the factory acts on them during ours. Most approval questions come back before your next morning.
Fixed call windows
We hold early-morning India slots that land in the US afternoon and evening, so reviews happen live rather than by email tag.
One named contact
The same person across sampling, production and dispatch, so context is not lost between shifts.
Decisions in writing
Every call is summarised against the tech pack. If it matters, it exists on paper as well as in a conversation.
Samples by courier
Fabric swatch packs, fit samples and print strike-offs sent to your US address before bulk is released.
Floor video on request
Cutting, stitching, printing and the QC table, filmed during your run so you can see the actual order.

Planning the shipping leg
The lead times we publish, 10–22 days for samples and 25–55 days for bulk, cover sampling and production. Freight and customs clearance sit on top of that. We will not put a shipping duration on a web page, because it depends on the route, the mode and the season, and a number here would be a guess. We confirm the transit window for your actual shipment when the order is placed.
- Agree incoterms at quotation. They decide who books freight, who insures it and where our responsibility ends.
- Name the importer of record. That party handles import formalities and anything payable on entry. Confirm it before dispatch.
- Use a customs broker. Classification and what it costs to land your specific garments is their work, and the numbers should come from them.
- Work backwards from the launch date. Sampling, production, freight and clearance, then a buffer. Most missed launches are calendar failures, not factory failures.
We are a manufacturer, not a customs or trade adviser, so we do not quote tariffs or duty rates. What we do is give you production dates you can build a plan on. Brands shipping into Europe or contracting through our UK company plan the same leg slightly differently, and those pages set out how.

US brands: common questions
No. Our factory is in Tirupur, we have a sales and display office in Bengaluru, and a UK company for UK orders. Nothing of ours is in the US, and we will not claim otherwise.
We quote the goods and can quote freight on the agreed incoterms. Anything payable on import depends on how your garments are classified and the rules in force at the time, so those figures should come from your customs broker, not from us.
It depends on route, mode and season. We give you a transit window for your specific shipment at order confirmation rather than publishing a number that would be wrong half the time.
Yes. From 50 pieces per style per colour, sizes split freely inside a colour. Freight per unit improves as volumes grow, so it is worth modelling two or three quantity scenarios. See the low MOQ page.
You supply or approve the size chart and points of measure, we grade to it and measure every sample against it. The sealed sample you approve becomes the standard bulk is checked to.
Yes. Tell us what you want to see and we will plan the day around it. Book a call first so the right people on the floor are available.
Build it in Tirupur, sell it in the US.
Send the tech pack or the moodboard and we will come back with fabric options, a unit cost and dates you can plan on.
