European brands get the same full-package service as everyone else: fabric sourcing, pattern and tech pack development, cutting, stitching, decoration, inspection, labelling and branded packing, all under one roof in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. One contact, one standard, one place where the garment actually gets made.
Inspection is to AQL 2.5 under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, with QC and inspection reports available on request. Decoration is in house: DTG, DTF, puff, HD, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, woven labels, garment dye and washes. Screen printing runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team.
The one thing worth calling out separately for the EU is labelling. Fibre composition and care labelling requirements are handled at the finishing stage, to the wording and layout your brand supplies, so stock lands ready for your market rather than needing a relabelling job in a warehouse.

Composition and care, handled on the line
Labelling for the EU is a finishing operation, not an afterthought. We build it into the spec before bulk starts.
Fibre composition
The composition statement is set from the approved bill of materials and carried onto the label, so what is printed matches what was actually knitted and sewn.
Care labelling
Care symbols and wash instructions applied to the sequence and format your brand specifies, matched to the fabric and any wash or garment dye applied.
Languages you need
Multi-language label content is produced to the copy you supply, so a range selling across several member states does not need separate runs.
Label construction
Woven, satin, printed or heat-transfer, in the position and size on your tech pack, including size labels and brand tabs.
Approved before bulk
Label artwork and content are signed off with the sealed sample, so nothing is guessed at once the line is running.
Hang tags and packing
Swing tags, barcodes, polybags and branded packing produced to your spec, so goods arrive retail-ready.
You supply the wording and the regulatory content for your market. We produce, apply and check it. For legal advice on what your specific product must carry, speak to your own adviser.
Planning an EU order
Sampling takes 10–22 days and bulk 25–55 days, depending on the garment, the quantity and the decoration. Freight and customs clearance sit on top of that. We do not publish a shipping duration, because it moves with route, mode and season, and a number on a page would be a guess. The transit window for your shipment is confirmed when the order is placed.
- Fix incoterms at quotation. They decide who books and insures the freight and where our responsibility ends.
- Confirm the importer of record. That party handles import formalities and anything payable on entry into the EU.
- Use a customs broker for classification. What your specific garments cost to land is their work, and the figures should come from them.
- Work backwards from the launch date. Sampling, production, freight, clearance, then a buffer before the drop.
We are a manufacturer, not a customs or trade adviser, so we do not quote duty or tax figures. What we give you is production dates and a spec you can hold us to.

Not in the EU. Our factory is in Tirupur, we have a sales and display office in Bengaluru, and Zorixo Ventures Limited is our UK company. EU orders are handled by the Tirupur operation.
Yes. Fibre composition and care labelling are produced and applied at the finishing stage to the wording, languages and layout you supply, and signed off with the sealed sample.
ISO 9001 certified quality management, with inspection to AQL 2.5. That is the full list. We will not claim a certification we do not hold, so if your buyer requires something else, tell us early.
It depends on the route, the mode and the season, so we quote the transit window for your shipment at order confirmation instead of publishing a figure.

Yes. We build in organic cotton and Supima as well as standard combed cotton, and we will be straight with you about what the fabric claim on the label can and cannot say.
