For the last five years we've worked almost exclusively with start-up and emerging brands. That focus taught us something most large factories never learn: first-time founders don't need a vendor, they need a guide. They need someone to translate an idea into a tech pack, to explain why a fabric choice matters, to stop them gambling cash on a mistake.
