For Mumbai brands: no office, no pretending.
We do not have a Mumbai office. Brands there work with us remotely, with samples couriered to you and video walkthroughs from the floor. Production is at our own factory in Tirupur.
Plenty of manufacturers list a Mumbai address that turns out to be an agent, a coworking desk or a forwarding address. We would rather say it plainly: our only sales and display office in India is in Koramangala, Bengaluru, and our only factory is in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Nothing of ours sits in Mumbai.
That does not stop a Mumbai label from running a good programme with us. It just means the relationship is built on couriered samples, scheduled video calls and documented approvals rather than meetings. Most of our clients across 25 or more countries work exactly this way, and the process is designed for it.
The trade is simple. You give up the walk-in meeting. You keep the full-package service, the 50 piece MOQ per colour, in-house decoration and inspection to AQL 2.5 under an ISO 9001 certified quality system. And you are still a short flight from the factory if you want to stand on the floor during a run.

Swatch packs by courier
Fabric qualities in the weights under discussion, sent to your Mumbai address before anything is costed, so weight and hand-feel are decided on cloth rather than a screenshot.
Video from the floor
Walkthroughs of cutting, stitching, printing and the QC table, shot on request. You see the actual unit, not a stock library video.
Live sample reviews
We put the sample on a form or a fit model on camera, measure it in front of you and mark up changes on the call.
Strike-offs in hand
Print and wash strike-offs couriered before bulk, so colour and hand are approved on the real substrate.
Written approvals
Every decision goes back in writing against the tech pack. Nothing important lives only in a call.
Inspection reports
QC and inspection reports on request, so you can check the run without being in the room.
What Mumbai brands build with us
Mumbai labels tend to come to us with a clearer commercial plan than most and a tighter launch window. The categories we see most are drop-model streetwear, direct-to-consumer athleisure and small-batch lifestyle ranges where fabric quality has to carry the price.

Decoration is in house: DTG, DTF, puff, HD, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, woven labels, garment dye and washes. Screen printing runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team. Orders are domestic, invoiced with GST and dispatched from Tirupur, as set out on the India page.

Mumbai brands: common questions
No. Our factory is in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, and our Indian sales and display office is in Koramangala, Bengaluru. There is no Zorixo office, agent or warehouse in Mumbai.
Yes, by courier. We send swatch packs and, where it helps, a made garment in a comparable quality, so you can judge weight, drape and finishing before spending on your own sample.
Either the Bengaluru office or the Tirupur factory. Factory visits are the more useful of the two once a run is live, because you can see your own order on the line.
Not materially. Samples take 10–22 days and bulk 25–55 days depending on product and decoration, in Mumbai as anywhere. Courier time to and from you is the only addition, and we plan it into the calendar up front.
The sample is measured on camera against the points of measure in the tech pack, changes are agreed on the call and confirmed in writing, then a sealed sample is approved. Bulk is checked against that sealed sample.
No. Pricing follows the garment, the fabric, the decoration and the quantity, not the city. Domestic freight from Tirupur is quoted separately on the order.
Distance is a logistics problem, not a quality one.
